The Service is supplied for the duration of the Contract Term, after which point the Service will continue indefinitely on a month-to-month basis until it is cancelled For installations where the specific FNO hardware (as chosen for by the Customer on the Online Order) first needs to be installed at the Installation Address: Once Krypton Web has processed your order with the relevant FNO, the FNO or representatives of that FNO, will call and/or email you to confirm installation of their equipment at your premises and as well as confirm your choice of Internet Service Provider (Krypton Web). Once the FNO Hardware has been installed at your Installation Address it constitutes a Binding Agreement with Krypton Web. Invoices are emailed between the 25th and 28th of the month prior to the month being billed eg. by the 27th March for April's service. Kindly be mindful of any delays in Krypton Web receiving your payment such as any bank transfers, weekends & public holidays delays, and one day for syncing to take place from our bank account to our ISP billing system Payment reminders are sent out on the 7th or 8th of the month, with Service suspensions due to late payment occurring from the 9th to the 13th of the month.
