FIBRE - Octotel Leap Year Promo 2.0 - until 31st May 2024
  1. Save up to R100 per month on your monthly service fees any New Installation ordered
  2. The Octotel Leap Year Promo pricing is valid for the first 5 months Service Fees, after which standard pricing will apply. The first month, whether part of full month, will be deemed as 1 month even if it might not be the full calendar month. For example for service activations starting on the 20th of the month, that month will be considered as the first month for the reduced promo Service Fee pricing
  3. The Promo price is valid for New Installations only and not for service migrations from other ISPs nor for pre-installed ONTs that have been previously activated
  4. Should the service be cancelled before the Service Term has elapsed, the total monthly “saved” promo amount will be billed for the Customers account

FIBRE - VUMA Reconnection Promo - until 31st March 2024

  1. Save up to R900 per month on your monthly service fees for a Reconnection Service ordered
  2. The VUMA Reconnection Promo pricing is valid as ordered and linked to VUMA price changes
  3. Any speed changes will forfeit the Reconnection Promo pricing and pricing will then revert to Krypton Web’s standard pricing for the speed change requested
  4. The Promo price is valid for Reconnected Services from an “inactive” ONT only (not new installations, nor migrations from other ISPs), which are for ONTs listed as “inactive” as per VUMA’s ISP Portal and only for a predetermined address list as determined by VUMA
  5. 31st January 2024 update: Promo end date extended from 31st January 2024 until 31st March 2024

  2. The Octotel Leap Year Promo pricing is valid until 29th February 2024 after which standard pricing will apply
  3. The Promo price is valid for New Installations only and not for service migrations from other ISPs nor for pre-installed ONTs that have been previously activated
  4. Should the service be cancelled before 29 February 2024, the total monthly promo “saved” amount will be billed for the Customers account

WIRELESS - Black Friday 2023 Promo - until 30th November 2023

  1. The Wireless Black Friday 2023 Promo pricing is valid for orders received until 30th November 2023; and for new customers, installed before 8th December 2023 and are valid for Residential customers only
  2. The Wireless Black Friday 2023 Promo pricing is valid until 30th November 2024, after which our standard listed standard pricing will apply
  3. Existing customers will only be eligible for same speed/speed increase renewals for this Black Friday 2023 Promo and not speed downgrades and will have there speed and/or price changes effective from 01 December 2023 (for orders received before 24th November 2023) and 01 January 2024 (for orders received after 23rd November 2023) and will be subject to a new Service Term ending end November 2024. Existing customers that renew/upgrade their Service to this Black Friday 2023 Promo offer and do not complete their full Service Term due to cancellation, will be billed a R500 early cancellation fee

VUMA - Black Friday 2023 Promo - until 27th November 2023

  1. The VUMA Black Friday 2023 Promo offer is valid for orders received until 21h00 27th November 2023
  2. Receive 2 months FREE service for any Service ordered, excluding the 25/25Mbps speed connection
  3. Black Friday 2023 Promo reduced monthly Service Fee pricing is valid only for New Installations and Reconnecting Services only (for VUMA ONTs that have been inactive for more than 30 days); and these orders receive 2 months FREE service
  4. Orders received for Migrating (customers moving from other ISPs) Services are subject to our standard monthly Service Fee pricing; and must be migrated to Krypton Web before the 26th January 2024; and these orders also receive 2 months FREE service
  5. No speed changes are allowed during the first 6 months of the service
  6. Orders will only be processed with VUMA starting from the 20th November 2023
  7. This offer is not available to existing customers

FIBRE - Openserve Spring Promo - until 31st October 2023

  1. Save R80 per month on your monthly service fees on our 40 and 75Mbps speed options; and save R150 on your monthly service fees on our 150,300 and 500Mbps speed options
  2. When ordered before 31st October 2023, the Openserve Spring Promo pricing is valid until 31st March 2024 after which standard pricing will apply
  3. Conversions from the current free Try Before You Buy (30-day free internet promotion) services are not eligible for this Promo
  4. Pricing is valid for new installations only and Openserve will determine whether the installation is considered as a new installation
  5. Should the service be cancelled before 31 March 2024, the total monthly promo “saved” amount will be billed for the Customers account

FIBRE - Price Smash Promo - We aim to beat your current ISP's price - until 20th August 2023

  1. Send us your latest Fibre invoice and we will send you a competitively priced quote where applicable. This quote is customer/address specific and based on your current invoice submitted to us
  2. The Promo is valid for new customers to Krypton Web only, and for FTTH service only
  3. Only invoices received until the 20th August 2023 will qualify
  4. Price Match Promo quoted prices are linked to FNO price changes

FIBRE - VUMA Flash Sale - Free months until September 2023 - valid 26th May 2023 until 5th June 2023

  1. Sign up with Krypton Web within the Sale period and you will not be billed any monthly service fees until 1st September 2023
  2. Valid only for the 50/50Mbps, 100/100Mbps and 200/200Mbps speeds over the Vuma fibre network. No speed changes will be allowed in the free monthly billing period (until end August 2023)
  3. Any speed changes will forfeit the Flash Sale pricing and pricing will then revert to Krypton Web’s standard pricing for the speed change requested
  4. The offer is valid for new FTTH Vuma Installations only. ie. where no Vuma ONT/service was previously installed as deemed as such by Vuma
  5. Only orders received via our Online Order page before 15h00 on 5th June 2023 will be eligible as applicable

FIBRE - OCTOTEL DOUBLE UP Promo - Received double your speed for free - until end February 2023 (now permanent)

  1. The Octotel Double UP promo is provided in conjunction with Octotel
  2. The Octotel Double UP promo is available to new and existing Customers
  3. Only the following Octotel Services will receive a free speed upgrade to the next Service Speed:
    1. 35/25Mbps doubled to 50/50Mbps
    2. 50/50Mbps doubled to 100/100Mbps
    3. 100/100Mbps doubled to 200/200Mbps
    4. 200/200Mbps doubled to 400/200Mbps
  4. Speeds are doubled at no additional cost to the Customer
  5. The Double UP Promo is effective until the end February 2023.
  6. As of 1 March 2023 the Double Speed “Promo” wording falls away; and the Doubled Speeds will remain as a permanent change/new effective speeds

FIBRE - Krypton Web Vuma Free Month Offer - 19 December 2022 until 16 February 2023

  1. The Krypton Web Vuma Free Month Offer is available to new Customers; and existing Customers that choose to place a new Online Order
  2. Customer’s will receive their first month (30 days) free when ordering any new VUMA Services, using the Online Order form
  3. This free month offer does not apply to the 25/25Mbps Service Speed
