Customer Information & Service Terms

  • The promotional Speed and Pricing are valid until end November 2026 and thereafter pricing will revert to our standard listed price for your chosen speed at that time
  • Orders received after 25 November 2025 (after our December invoice/billing run date) will be processed to start from 1st January 2026
  • Customers upgrading from the 25/25Mbps Service Speed will only be able to downgrade to the 55/25Mbps on completion of the Black Friday 2025 Upgrade promotion and not back to the back to the 25/25Mbps service speed (as per Octotel T&Cs)
  • Customers upgrading from the 75/75Mbps Service Speed will revert to the 100/10Mbps service on completion of the Black Friday 2025 Upgrade promotion, as the 75/75Mbps service has been decommissioned by Octotel (as per Octotel T&Cs). You may downgrade to the 55/25Mbps if you so wish
  • Should you want to downgrade your speed during the promotion, notice and confirmation must be submitted to us by email at least 10-days before the start of the new month
  • Octotel reserves the right to amend; suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretion
  • The competition is open for entries until 31st March 2026 and the Prize awarded by Octotel will be a new Suzuki Jimny
  • Only RSA Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible to enter and must be 18 years or older on the date of entry
  • The winner will be chosen by Octotel by process of a random draw mid-June 2026, from the list of eligible Customers entered from those specific ISPs that have opted to participate in the competition. A list of participating ISPs can be found on the Octotel Website
  • Entries into the draw will be awarded based on the Service Speed I choose to upgrade to, as follows: 25–55 Mbps = 1 entry; 100–300 Mbps = 2 entries; 500 Mbps = 3 entries; 1Gbps = 5 entries
  • My eligibility into the draw is dependant on me having a continuous active service and that my account must be paid-up without having been overdue during the period until 31 May 2026
  • By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to Octotel and its partners using their name, image, and likeness for reasonable marketing and publicity purposes, including social media and press releases, without further compensation, unless the winner explicitly opts out in writing
  • Octotel may require winners to provide their valid proof of identity, residency, and eligibility prior to prize handover. Failure to do so will result in disqualification
